Muscle Up Store is ontstaan vanuit een simpel maar krachtig idee: sportswear ontwikkelen die niet schreeuwt, maar spreekt. Die perfect zit, luxe aanvoelt en subtiel impact maakt.

Returns

How do I return my order (or part of it)?

Want to return a product? Follow these steps:

Register your return: Send an email to info@muscleupstore.nl to register your return. Please state your order number and the products you wish to return.
Pack the products: Please pack the products carefully in the original packaging (magnetic box and packing box) to prevent damage during transportation.
Please stamp the package sufficiently: Make sure the package has sufficient postage. Packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Return the package: Please return the package to the address you receive from us after registering your return.
Please keep proof of shipping: Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

NB:

This return policy is in accordance with Dutch law.
Only complete returns will be processed. This means: ordered goods in the original magnet box and packed in the shipping box

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning are at your own expense. For the exact rates, consult the website of the carrier of your choice.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right , you can contact us via info@muscleupstore.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been received by us in good order .
