What are the shipping costs?
 Free shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and Belgium .
 Free worldwide shipping on orders over €150. Below this amount, international shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped the next business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 2 business days . International delivery times vary by country.
All shipments are sent with PostNL including Track & Trace .
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace link . You can use this link to track the delivery status in real time.
Can I return my order? (Right of withdrawal)
Not satisfied? No problem. You can return it within 14 days.
To register a return: send an email to info@muscleupstore.nl with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. You will then receive return instructions.
Legal return information
You can return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, starting on the day you receive it. You have another 14 days from the date you notify us of your return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the standard return form.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change or cancel it free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible at info@muscleupstore.nl, stating your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can use your right of return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders over €150 are shipped free worldwide. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first at info@muscleupstore.nl. We aim to provide a response within 24 hours .
If we can't resolve the issue together, you can submit your complaint to the Webshop Quality Mark Foundation . They offer independent mediation between consumers and online stores.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Visa, Maestro, Bancontact , and Klarna (pay later) . All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection.
